The premium version of the Samsung’s flagship, Galaxy S5 namely the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime is likely to make its arrival next month and recently three images showing of the device have been spotted by PhoneArena. This premium handset from Samsung is believed to come with a 5.2 inch display, 2560×1440 pixel resolution and is speculated to give a tough competition to the then releasing LG G3.


The Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime is expected to get a better quad-core Snapdragon 805 CPU compared to the Snapdragon 801 CPU as hosted by its regular version. Moreover, another upgrade includes the Adreno 420 GPU compared to the Adreno 330 GPU in regular version. Instead of the 2GB RAM that the normal Galaxy S5 offers, the Galaxy S5 Prime will host a larger 3GB RAM. The device will also run the latest updated Android 4.4.3 on-board.


In addition to the QHD screen, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime is made up of aluminum body and the speakers have been shifted from the bottom to the back. One must remember that these are leaked images at the moment. So even though they might resemble quite a close-to-reality device, we would still ask you to take this news casually.
