Facebook is all about connecting with people in a fun way. It seems like Facebook employees are busy working on a side project – Riff. Riff is similar to Vine, one of the most popular mobile apps which focus on video creation. However, with one big difference which is Riff does not limit of the video length like Vine does. Vine has a minimum 6-sec video length.
How does Riff work?
It starts by somebody creating a video and give a topic into that video. In this case, #AprilFool. Therefore, your friends will then able to add in their own version into that video and share it to their friends’ friends. Your friend’s friends will then able to add in their own version to the same video and share it to their friends too. And the list goes on and on. The video result from a group of friends will then able to be shared to the Facebook or anywhere in the internet at any convenient timing.
Here is an example of a video which is created for Riff so that you can get a hang of what Riff does.
