By the end of this year, Samsung is planning to surprise us by launching a Tizen smart-phone. As reported by Reuters, Samsung executive has hinted a new Samsung smartwatch which will run an Android wear.
As per The Verge, Samsung has signalled through email that its first Android Wear-based smart-watch would be launched till 2014 ends. Somehow, there are no inside insights on the same for now.
Android Wear was declared by Google as an extension of Android last month. It is specifically made for wearable devices. Before this Intel, only Motorola and LG made sure with the fact that they’d release Android Wear smart-watches in this year. LG’s gadget is called G watch, while Motorola’s will come in the market with the Moto 360.
Obviously, Samsung has already introduced 3 wearables this year: First, the Gear 2, second, the Gear 2 Neo (both are running Tizen), and the third, the Gear Fit (based on Real time OS) .In previous year, the firm launched the Galaxy gear, which utilised an older Android-based platform. So, we shall be curious enough to foresee what Samsung’s Android Wear-device can deliver.
