Sony has launched what it calls ‘the world’s slimmest 5.3” smartphone, the Xperia T3. According to Sony, Xperia T3 has a “Design you will want to hold on to” with “Beauty in every detail”. It is a 7mm thin mid-range smartphone, thinnest in the 5.3” range but not the thinnest among all the smartphones as such. Maybe this was what the teaser was about. There was much speculation that it would be the Xperia Z2 Ultra but it turned out this mid-range smartphone instead.
