Recently in the year 2015, Samsung has announced two of its new smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy E7 and Galaxy E5 both have been introduced as mid range devices, but E7 seems to bend towards the upper middle ranged phones.
Both of the cell phones have been put forward as cheaper alternatives of A7 and A5. Both mobiles consist of 7.3mm-aluminum body which relates them closely to A5 and A7, while Samsung’s distinctive designs remind of their Alpha cousins.
Samsung Galaxy E7 has a 720p 5.5 inch super AMOLED display, and runs on a quad core SoC processor clocked at 1.2 GHz with a RAM of 2 GB. To store the data, it has a built-in 16 GB space with a slot for supporting microSD card. For great quality picture, it consists of 13-megapixel back camera and for video calling it has a 5-megapixel front camera. It also has a battery of 2950mAh and can support up to two SIM cards. In India, the cost of the cell phone is $363.
Samsung Galaxy E5 consists of 5 inches screen with super AMOLED 720p display and has a quad-core processor of 1.2 GHz with a RAM of 1.5 GB and includes 16 GB of storage with a support slot for microSD card. It consists of an 8-megapixel rear camera and a front camera of 5-megapixel. It has a battery of 2,400mAh and can support two SIMs. Galaxy E5’s price in India is nearly $305.
Both newly introduced E5 and E7 run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat; but Samsung said, in future both will be getting Lollipop.
