Samsung will be launching yet a new tablet, Samsung Galaxy Tab S with model SM-T805S in the home ground, South Korea. There will be two screen size released for this model, 8.4-inch screen size and 10.5-inch screen size.  Both screen size will come with AMOLED display with the 10.5 inch screen size will have 2560 x 1600 pixels while the 8.4 inch screen size will comes with 1600 x 2560 pixel.

The Galaxy Tab will be running on Samsung;s new Exynos 5433 chipset with octa-core CPU, the most powerful Exynos SoC. The CPU is an improvement over Exynos 5 Octa 5420 which was used in the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Furthermore,it is also will support broadband LTE-A. The device will be running on Android 4.4.4. On top of that, it will have internal memory of 16GB or 32GB but can be expanded up to 128GB by using microSD card.

Unfortunately we noted that the tablets suffered from performance issue despite the good technical specification. The fingerprint feature which is included in the tablet sometimes can be difficult to be used to unlocked the tablet. We had been locked out a few times when we are testing the tablet. Samsung Magazine UX also can be a little bit overbearing, but the downside is that we cannot uninstall it so we just need to live with it.

The latest report mentioned that Samsung Galaxy Tab S will launch in Korea some time between mid-October to early November. We are hoping that the device will be sold internationally in the near future.
