Earlier this year, Korean handset manufacturer LG announced its flagship LG G3 and was then the first handset to have a QuadHD display. However, there were many other special features in the device that contributed to its success! Now recent reports show that the company is working very hard on bringing the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop update and in support for this, we have plenty of screenshots that gives us an idea of LG’s further plans.
The company’s European branches from Belgium, Netherlands and Germany have already suggested that the flagship would soon get an update to the latest Android OS. There was also a report that the last year’s flagship LG G2 would soon follow in the update sometime in 2015.
Look at the above image where you can see the new card based notification system of Android 5.0 in the status bar and also the round profile picture. Well, the good thing is that the other set of leaked screenshots have arrived from the company’s own Vietnam office as you see the LG logo on the images below. The company is said to have it assembly factories at Vietnam. Looking at the screen shots you might find a good match between the Material Design and LG’s flat UI. However, the company has still managed to keep its characteristic interface. It’s a great news for the LG G3 owners and the update might fall anytime into their basket. In the meanwhile, enjoy the screen shots below.
