Chinese tech giant Lenovo has made some big announcements at the CES 2015 expo. The company unveiled its two new smartphones with 64 bit chipset namely the Lenovo Vibe X2 Pro and the Lenovo P90.

Lenovo Vibe X2 Pro

The Lenovo Vibe X2 Pro which is a successor to the Vibe X2 comes with a very similar design. The device has a 5.3” full HD IPS LCD display with 1080p resolution. Under the hood lies the powerful 64-bit Snapdragon 615 chipset with octa-core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz. the memory options for the device include 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage with microSD card slot for expandable memory. The camera options are excellent with 13MP both to its front and back with an LED flash only to its back. For the front side the company has announced a new flash accessory that is discussed later in this article.

Dimension wise, the device measures 6.95mm of thickness weighing just 140 grams. The connectivity options for the device are pretty good with Wi-Fi and Cat 4 LTE support. The battery capacity of the device is 2410mAh. The handset comes in different color options of Rock Pink, Electric Blue and Champagne Gold. The device is said to be launched in April but the pricing is yet to be confirmed.

Lenovo P90

The other handset Lenovo P90 has a larger screen with 5.5” IPS LCD display having 1080p resolution. Under the hood lies a Intel Atom Z3560 chipset with quad-core CPU clocked at 1.83GHz. The memory options for the device include 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. Dimension wise the device measures 8.5mm of thickness and weighs 156 grams only. The device is single SIM only but supports LTE connectivity. The battery back-up of the smartphone is excellent with 4000mAh.

Lenovo P90 is said to be available in February in different color options of Onyx Black, Lava Red and Pearl White. The pricing of the device is yet to be confirmed.

This is an excellent new accessory which the company has launched along with the Vibe X2 Pro and is basically an LED flash for front-facing camera. This accessory get attached to the 3.5mm audio jack of the phone there by lighting 8 LED bulbs which is capable of generating a diffused light in one meter radius. The flash works in synchronization with the camera shuuter. On a single charge, this accessory is capable of taking 100 selfies.

This cool new accessory is available only at the cost of $29.
