Just after announcing its “Stream” series of laptops and tablets past week, computing HP has went out quietly announcing its 10 Plus Android tablet. This new tablet is currently available on company’s official online store and also on Amazon for a price of $279.99.

Looking deeper into its specs, the HP 10 Plus comes in Wi-Fi only model with some very mid-range specs that include an Allwinner 31 chipset with 1GHz quad-core ARM cortex A7 CPU and 2GB of RAM. Additionally, the tablet offers 16GB of built-in storage on-board with a microSD card slot for more expandable memory. The tablet at the front packs a 10.1inch touch screen display having 1920×1200 pixel resolution. The primary camera at the back is 5MP with 1080p video recording capabilities while the secondary front-facing camera is just 2MP. The tablet runs the latest available Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS.

Other connectivity features for the device include a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 Stereo speakers. To support for some good hours of operation, it also hosts a powerful 7700mAh of battery back up. With such features, the device is certainly a value for money gadget.
