Our previous editions already gave a blur glimpse of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6. The images were sourced from Foxconn, the Taiwan-based company that makes iPhones for Apple (among many other things).
Recent reports from French website Nowhereelse revealed that iPhone 6 will come with a 4.7-inch screen, with a display resolution of 1,136 by 640 pixels and density of 326ppi.
At 138 x 64 mm, the iPhone 6 would be significantly larger than the iPhone 5s (123.8 x 58.6 mm), and, obviously, also much larger than the iPhone 4s (this measures 115.2 x 58.6 mm).
The larger iPhone 6 indicate that it will be much slimmer than current iPhones and will have much smaller side bezels so that you’ll be able to have a big screen that you’ll also be able to comfortably hold in your hand. Of course, we cannot parameterize the authorization on this reports. But it’s worth mentioning that Nowhereelse has a superior credentials when it comes to Apple related leaks.
Apple is expected to release 4.7 inch display in the third quarter and also the larger 5.5 inch phablet in the fourth quarter. The larger 5.5inch phablet is said to get a Full HD 1,920×1,080 resolution, with a pixel density of 401ppi.
Cupertino company this time, seems to be finally offering customers what they want: smartphones with really mammoth displays.
